Helen O'Loan APDG is an AUSTRALIAN Production Designer with a background in Art Direction & Set Design. recent credits include the internationally distributed TV series ‘Black Snow’ SERIES ONE & TWO, For which she has been nominated for an AACTA AWARD ‘Best production design in Television’, and the suburban black comedy feature film ‘Audrey’ which premiereD at SXSw 2024.

OTHER recent COLLABORATIONS include the Nike / FIFA Brasil TVC campaign, ‘a playful romp set at a hotel that's been taken over by members of the Brazilian National Women's National team’, FOR director Sarah Chatfield.

AND ‘Mother of the Bride’, for DIRECTOR MARK WATERS THAT DEBUTED ON NETFLIX WITH 26.7 million views IN IT’S FIRST WEEK AND MAY REACHED #1 IN RATINGS GLOBALLY.

Her expertise and approach developed in the Art Departments of Oscar, BAFTA, AACTA and ADG winning Art Departments (The Great Gatsby, Unbroken, Pirates of the Caribbean, Chronicles of Narnia, Peter Rabbit). She also has extensive experience in the field of advertising and has designed countless commercials and both permanent & temporary installations.

She is adept at articulating and delivering both character and narrative driven nuanced spaces and also stunningly bold visuals that underpin key themes in the story.
